My wife and I have arrived in France this afternoon. I wanted to thank you for the trip you organised for us, and your patience to answer all my questions 🙂 We appreciated the hotels which were of high standard, especially the Melia Trinidad Peninsula in which we have been upgraded to 'LEVEL adults only'. The others were very good as well and well located so that we could enjoy the cities or beaches alone. The trip with Roque, our driver and guide was great as well. We liked Cienfuegos very much and Santa Clara as well, but a little less 🙂 The visit of Trinidad was great as well, with the visit of the museum of romanticism. Globally, the trip was very good and very well organised. No need to say that you must be used to organise it! Nous revenons de Cuba et une très belle expérience avec Lissette !! Nous avons eu un souci de transfert hotel/aéroport et elle s´est occupée de tout organiser !!
Une femme d´une gentillesse extrême. Si vou faites un petit tour là ba, je vous souhaite de la rencontrer.

The sunset experience was amazing. It was not only a simple trip in a normal boat, it was on a big Catamaran!. The guys was really good and we had lot of fun, the dinner and the lombaster was really good. So, thanks for it!

Nous vous remercions pour l´attention que vous avez apporté à notre demande de changement de chambre. En effet à notre arrivée la chambre proposée ne correspondait pas à nos attentes. Vous avez trouvé une solution avec la direction de l´hôtel. Une nouvelle chambre nous a été proposée beaucoup mieux Et deux massages nous ont été offerts pour le désagrément. Merci pour votre professionnalisme.
